一、 general introduction
FWQT/B is a new developed, high quality, high performance tower crane electric control system, bases on research of tower crane electric control, mechanical operation and operating characteristics, microelectronic technique, information transducer technique and telemetric technique are used.
Innovative design of FWQT/B control system fills a gap domestically, and achieves domestic advanced level.
Advanced technology
Microelectronic technique, information transducer technique and telematic technique are used in FWQT/B, break through routine operating system, and realizes part of logic control of electric cabinet. FWQT/B is domestic advanced technically.
1.Handle of FWQT/B control system is in some speed stage without fail, which prevents throw out of gear. Ingoing interval of FWQT/B is less than outgoing interval to avoid persistent switching over when in critical position.
2.Realization of gear shift delay. FWQT/B System controls delay according handle standing time of 1 certain speed stage, stage switching over can only be made after 3s when handle standing time on the stage less than 3s. Delay timer is not necessary any more, time delay can be set from 0 to 9s according to users requirements.
3.Mechanism using stage and handle being stage are showed on display screen, and prompting sound for stage switching over realize better system performance.
4.Limiters are switched on drive element of electric system, SCM deal with limit signal and give limit control directions, and all information are showed on display screen.
5.Cable connected normal control system and electrical cabinet can be saved.
6.FWQT/B simplifies electric cabinet wiring, increases efficiency of manufacture, shorten production period of electric cabinet.
7.Password of operation date can be set when leaving factory.
8.Corresponding model number can be set for convenient production and storage management.
9.FWQT/B has self-locking of zero position and self-resetting, make sure self-locking button is pressed in operating.
